Vulcan is a UK bespoke jewellery manufacturer working exclusively for the trade. We pair modern technology with master goldsmiths and setters, so retailers get the latest tools and proper craft on every piece, from a single repair to a design made from scratch.

6 months Written guarantee, new work and repairs
We are a methodical, tech-led workshop. Every job runs through Jeweltask™, our own trade platform, from first quote to dispatch. At the bench, CAD and resin and wax 3D printing work alongside master goldsmiths and setters who bring decades of experience. That mix is the point: technology that makes the process faster and clearer, and experienced hands that make a piece structurally sound and still sound in ten years.
Alongside bespoke design we run a full repair offering: ring resizing, stone resetting, chain repairs and complete restorations. Whether we are restoring a piece someone has worn for thirty years or refining something made last week, it is the same bench and the same standard.
We combine that craft with CAD and 3D modelling. For jewellers, retailers and designers that means slotting into your production workflow at whatever stage you need: design consultancy, CAD modelling and 3D printing on their own, or the whole chain through to a finished, QC-passed piece.

Created in the UK
The Created in the UK mark is added alongside the hallmark by the assay office, and it is additional proof of provenance: that the piece was made here. The scheme was established by the National Association of Jewellers, and every member complies with strict criteria and an auditing process, so it is a mark your customer can actually trust rather than a badge we awarded ourselves.
The UK has a long history of unrivalled craftsmanship. We would like the industry to still be here making things in twenty years, and being in the scheme is a small part of that.

The guarantee, in full
Six months
New work
All fully finished pieces come with a six month guarantee covering manufacturing defects, unless stated otherwise. If there is a defect we remake the item free of charge. We will not action a remake until the piece is back with us for inspection: our head goldsmiths evaluate it and tell you what they find, and photographic evidence may be used to support a claim.
Repairs
Repair work carries the same six month guarantee unless stated otherwise. If a fault arises in the area we repaired, we put it right free of charge and without delay. The guarantee does not cover damage caused after the piece leaves us.
Not every problem is visible before work starts. A mount sent in for repair can have porosity that only shows once it is heated. If the price has to change you hear before we continue, and it is your call whether we carry on or return the piece unfinished.
