Vulcan is a bespoke jewellery manufacturer working exclusively for jewellers and retailers, in the UK and worldwide. Every piece carries the Created in the UK mark alongside the hallmark. CAD design, mounting, stone setting and finishing are all done in-house, made to your brief and sold under your name. We also handle trade jewellery repairs, ring resizing and re-tipping to the same standard.

What we do
Seven services six stages
- Full production CAD, casting, mounting, setting and polishing: the whole chain, managed by one workshop. You get back A finished, QC-passed piece
- CAD design Sketch, photo or idea to a checked 3D model and photorealistic renders, with resin and wax 3D printing in-house. You get back Renders, prints and a price to approve
- Mounts & semi-finished Precision mounts and semi-finished pieces, QC’d and ready for your own bench. You get back Mounts ready for your own bench
- Diamond & gemstone setting Claw, pavé, flush and channel setting by our own setters. You get back Set and polished, ready to sell
- Laser engraving & cutting Laser engraving inside and out, and laser cutting from sheet for name pendants, initials and custom shapes. You get back Engraved or cut, finished and polished
- Diamonds & gemstones Traceable lab grown and natural diamonds and gemstones, supplied loose or pre-set. You get back Loose stones, or stones pre-set
- Repairs & restoration Resizing, re-tipping, chains, clasps, plating and full restoration. You get back Repaired, cleaned and polished

- From first file to final polish, every piece passes through multiple layers of quality control. Only work that meets our professional trade standard is approved for dispatch.
- Six months, in writing
- New work and repairs alike, unless stated otherwise. If a manufacturing fault appears we remake the piece, or put the repair right, free of charge. Our head goldsmiths inspect it and tell you what they find.
- You hear from us first
- We communicate clearly and keep every stage transparent, so you always know where a job stands without chasing for updates or relying on scattered messages. We would rather turn a job down than take one we cannot do well.
