Returns & Refund Policy

At Vulcan Jewellery, your satisfaction is important to us. As each piece is crafted with care and precision, we strive to ensure your experience is seamless. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Custom or bespoke pieces, including personalised engravings, resized rings, or made-to-order designs, are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vulcanjewellery.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, items must be returned to us using a tracked shipping service at the customer’s expense.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns to cover inspection, handling, and refurbishment costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will cover return shipping for any confirmed faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
