Full Bespoke Design

When you choose Vulcan Jewellery to design and manufacture your jewellery pieces, not only are you putting your customer and yourself first, you are also selling them a product that will last.

Our 45 years of expertise on the bench are used to create stunning bespoke wedding bands that fit around your customers' engagement ring. Working with elaborate and intracate styles we can create a wedding band to fit perfectly around the engagement ring, whilst looking beautiful on its own.

Our full bespoke design service also enables our customers to create unique jewellery pieces from scratch. Starting from an initial sketch or design concept, we work through to create CAD models and renders, then put the concept into reality creating a bespoke jewellery piece unlike any other.

CAD Modelling

Our CAD (Computer Aided Design) service enables us to create highly-detailed and technical 3D illustrations to convey the end result of a bespoke piece.

For both new and remodelled pieces, we begin the process by taking a sketch or concept from your customer to translate them into a CAD model that shows the piece in all angles and in a more realistic and detailed way. We then follow this step by creating a fully rendered image from the CAD model. This rendered image shows the bespoke piece in the chosen metal colour with any gemstone or diamond elements reflecting their true shine and sparkle. Following this, your client will recieve the rendered image to review for pre-production agreement to then move onto the next stage of the process.

If your client is keen to try the bespoke piece on before we begin the production stage, we can create a resin version of the piece for them to try on and confirm they're happy with their new unique design.

3D Scanning and Modelling

Our 3D scanning and modelling services enables you to offer a reassuring and hassle-free bespoke design service.

We can 3D scan your customers engagement ring by either using the physical item, or by using one of our very popular Mould Kits so they don't need to part with their valued piece. We can then create a flawless 'shaped to fit' wedding band. Our 3D services can greatly increase your sales by allowing you to give your customer the full 360 jewellery designing experience.

We also use 3D technologies to create affordable prototypes for your customer to try on before they buy. The consumer feels more confident when they can try on their bespoke design before parting with a great deal of money on a product that is to last them a lifetime.

Production

Our Production process for bespoke pieces includes a range of processes, all using our talented jewellers expertise.

The start of production always begins with cutting and forming the selected metal for the bespoke piece. We offer a beautiful range of metals, from 9ct, 14ct and 18ct golds to Platinum. We then ensure all elements of the piece are joined together securely using soldering before moving on to setting stones, being either gemstones or diamonds, into the bespoke piece.

Once all the stones have been secured into the design, we finish off the piece with polishing to truly bring out the shine and sparkle. We take great pride in the skill level and expertise of our team who create beautiful and unique bespoke pieces for your client, making a great hassle-free expereince for you and a stunning jewellery piece your client will treasure.
