Trade jewellery repairs and restoration
From resizing and re-tipping to full structural repairs, restoring jewellery to its original condition, or better, with trade-only turnaround times.
How it runs
5 steps
- 1 You send the piece and tell us what is wrong with it.
- 2 We inspect it when it arrives.
- 3 If we find a risk, such as porosity that only shows once the metal is heated, we contact you before going on.
- 4 Claw adjustments, stone resetting and full restorations are carried out by the same bench that makes new work.
- 5 It is cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner to lift dirt, oil and tarnish, polished, and we tell you when it is ready.

- Finish : Polishing, plating, laser engraving and final QC.
