Trade Core is included with all approved Vulcan trade accounts and provides essential platform access, including 1 user account, unlimited design requests, CAD approvals, job tracking, repair estimate access, email notifications and job history visibility.
2. Can I upgrade to Diamond Pro later?
Yes. Approved trade accounts can upgrade to Diamond Pro at any time to unlock advanced quoting tools, saved workflows, design file storage and multi-user access.
3. What is included with Diamond Pro?
Diamond Pro includes everything in Trade Core, plus Live Quote Builder access, saved quotes, design library access, STL / 3DM uploads, team permissions, support for up to 3 users and priority platform support.
4. What happens if I cancel Diamond Pro?
If Diamond Pro is cancelled, your account will revert to Trade Core access. Standard trade account features will remain available, while Diamond Pro tools and permissions may no longer be accessible.
5. How does Enterprise pricing work?
